Qualifications

• Proven experience in service development or improvement projects.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively.
• Skilled in communicating with diverse patient groups.
• Experience with managing operational priorities alongside clinical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor clinical colleagues and students.
• Support the Clinical Lead in the delivery of clinical services.
• Ensure adherence to prescription guidelines.
• Proactively engage in research and audit projects.

Skills

Strong clinical experience within prosthetics

Excellent communication skills

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple priorities

Experience in MDT environments

Leadership skills

Education

BSc (Hons) in Prosthetics and Orthotics
