Job summary

Barhale is recruiting a Graduate Project Manager to support Anglian Water’s capital investment programme across the East of England. You will gain hands-on experience in process engineering on major infrastructure projects and work with experienced project managers to build your career.

We welcome applicants willing to relocate to Peterborough and the East Anglia region and will involve assessment centres on multiple dates. A driving licence and willingness to travel between sites are essential.

Qualifications

• 2:2 degree in Business Studies or Project Management or equivalent.
• Demonstrated involvement in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of water/construction sectors or similar infrastructure industries.
• Ability to work openly and collaboratively across Alliance teams and the client.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Assist in managing scope, schedule, risks, costs and resources.
• Monitor progress and produce reports for stakeholders.
• Support health, safety and environmental compliance across all project phases.
• Attend site visits, design reviews and construction meetings for end-to-end insight.
