Job summary

Barhale Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Graduate Project Manager to join the @one Alliance in delivering Anglian Water's capital programme across the East of England. You will gain hands-on experience in process engineering across major infrastructure projects and work with experienced project management professionals.

You’ll receive structured development, hands-on exposure, and opportunities to build technical knowledge towards a successful career in project management.

Qualifications

• A 2:2 degree or above in Business Studies or Project Management.
• Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Water/Construction industry knowledge.
• Able to work collaboratively with Alliance teams and the client.
• Rigour in delivering key projects and tasks on time.
• Ability to organise workload and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
• Interest in infrastructure, construction or built environment.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Assist in managing project scope, schedule, risks, costs, and resources.
• Monitor project progress and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project phases.
• Attend site visits, design reviews, and construction meetings to gain end-to-end project insight.
