Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP is inviting applications for the Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme in our Manchester office. As a Graduate Project Manager, you’ll gain on-the-job learning across multiple sectors, aiding in planning, governance, and delivery from brief through to completion.

You’ll work with senior professionals, clients, designers, consultants and contractors, building a rounded understanding of how successful projects are developed and delivered while starting in September 2027.

Qualifications

• 2:1 bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management or related field (2026/2027).
• Available to start full-time from September 2027.
• UK Right to Work; no visa sponsorship required.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Passion for the Built Environment and its impact on communities.

Responsibilities

Successful candidates will have an offer on the table prior to Christmas 2026 or early 2027 for a start in the Autumn.

Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals.

As a Graduate Project Manager at Ridge you will benefit from on-the-job learning experiences while working on projects across a range of sectors and at different stages of delivery. You'll build practical experience in project planning, programme and risk management, stakeholder coordination, governance, reporting and supporting projects from brief through to completion. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll collaborate with clients, designers, consultants and contractors, gaining a rounded understanding of how successful projects are developed and delivered.

What do I need to succeed?

• I have or am predicted a 2:1 bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management or a closely related degree obtained in 2026 or 2027
• I am available to start work full-time from September 2027
• I have a permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship
• I am curious and eager to learn
