Job summary

Galliford Try Group is offering a two-year Graduate Development Programme in process design within the water sector, starting September 2027. You will work in Grangemouth, Warrington or Annesley in a full-time role and have opportunities for travel and relocation as projects expand.

The programme combines hands-on technical experience with modules to develop leadership and interpersonal skills, with potential funding for professional qualifications and mentorship.

Qualifications

• You will work as part of a team to assist design engineers.
• You will support with process design deliverables and calculations.
• You will coordinate with engineers across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing outline and detailed process design deliverables.
• Prepare process calculations, mass balance, hydraulic calculations, PFDs, control philosophies, commissioning plans.
• Ensure design work meets programme, budget and KPI targets.
• Coordinate with Process Design Engineers and other discipline engineers.
