Job summary

Gardiner & Theobald is recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager as part of its Accelerate Programme in Glasgow. You will work towards Chartered membership of RICS over 2–2.5 years while gaining practical experience and mentoring to advance towards project leadership.

The role offers real responsibility across a variety of projects, with autonomy balanced by guidance to achieve optimal outcomes and a solid understanding of the firm, industry and client objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Awareness of risk management principles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project teams to ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Manage programmes and schedules across projects.
• Facilitate effective communication among clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Guide projects from inception through to completion with oversight from line managers.
