Job summary

Worley invites high-potential graduates to join its UK 2027 Graduate Process Engineer programme, with opportunities across London, Manchester, Stockton, Glasgow and Aberdeen. The two-year scheme delivers hands-on design and project delivery, mentoring and professional accreditation support.

You'll rotate across multidisciplinary teams on projects spanning carbon capture, green hydrogen and data centres, gaining exposure to engineering design and project execution in a global organisation.

Qualifications

• In final year or recent graduate with 2:1 honours.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Interest in process engineering.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Involved in delivery phases from concept to commissioning.
• Develop process engineering deliverables such as heat and mass balances.
• Apply engineering judgement to design and safety challenges.
• Support process safety activities (HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA) and risk management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients and vendors.
• Deliver projects to quality, schedule and budget requirements.
