Job summary

ECM Selection is seeking a Platform Engineer to join a dynamic team in central London. The role focuses on expanding and managing cloud infrastructure with automation, ownership of server management and security compliance, and a broad DevOps remit across the stack.

You will work with AWS and Azure alongside in-house servers, gaining exposure to IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices while enjoying a hybrid schedule (up to three days WFH) and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record: 2.1 or above in Computer Science or closely related subject.
• Expertise in networking, Azure and/or AWS operations, and infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD with GitHub Actions/Jenkins.
• Proficient in Python; exposure to JavaScript and Java preferred.
• Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage cloud infrastructure and automation.
• Own server management and security compliance across platforms.
• Develop broad expertise across the full software stack in a DevOps context.
• Contribute to reliable, secure systems used by major clients with hybrid work flexibility.
