Balfour Beatty plc is offering a Graduate Planner position as part of our 2027 Early Careers programme, based in Motherwell. You will gain hands-on experience on major infrastructure projects, take on real responsibilities from day one and develop technical and professional skills in planning and project controls.

We are looking for graduates with a Construction Management or similar degree (2:2) who are curious, proactive and ready to learn, with a full UK driving licence and willingness to

Competenze

• Degree in Construction Management or similar with a minimum 2:2 honours.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Willingness to travel to locations as project needs.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain project programmes and supporting documentation.
• Analyse progress data and support project teams to meet delivery objectives.
• Produce planning reports, dashboards and performance information for stakeholders.
• Apply planning techniques including sequencing, critical path analysis and forecasting.
• Support baseline management, change management and project controls.
