Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Graduate - Planner to join our 2027 Early Careers programme in Derby, supporting national projects. You will learn planning, project controls, forecasting and reporting with experienced colleagues, gaining accreditation and industry-recognised qualifications.

You'll develop expertise in planning software, work on programme development and performance analysis, and contribute to major infrastructure delivery while benefiting from a structured graduate development

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2:2 honours degree required to start.
• Interest in infrastructure and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivery of major infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain project programmes with guidance from senior planners.
• Analyse progress data and support decision-making with reports.
