Rentokil Initial Group is seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician to cover Bedford, Flitwick, Ampthill, Woburn and nearby areas. You will begin with a 6–12 month focus, delivering pest control services while undergoing industry-recognised training.

The role offers a basic salary of £27,669 with OTE around £32,566, plus a company vehicle, fuel card, uniform and additional RI Rewards. A clear path to a future role in sales, field biology or management is outlined.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a science-based, business management or social science degree.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Full training provided, no experience necessary.
• DBS check may be required depending on the role.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
• Tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of behaviours.
• Advise customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Complete accurate reports after every visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.
