Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Yeovil is seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician to begin a career in field service. You will receive comprehensive training and cover a defined geographic area while delivering excellent customer service.

Successful graduates will explore progression to roles such as Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, or Key Account Manager, with a clear development pathway and bonus/benefit opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for

Responsibilities

Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
Completing accurate reports after every visit.
Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times
