Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control is seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician to cover Aylesford and surrounding areas. No experience required; full industry-leading training will be provided.

The role offers a clear early career path with progression opportunities into Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, or Key Account Manager. You will start with 6–12 months of area coverage, inspecting premises, solving pest issues, and advising customers while completing detailed reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in science/BSc related subject or BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
• Desire to work hard and have fun while meeting customers daily.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• DBS check may be required depending on role.
• Access to a company vehicle and fuel card.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
• Tackle pest problems and remove evidence of pest behaviour.
• Advise customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Complete accurate reports after every visit.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional image.
