Our North Advisory People & Organisations team are expanding and seeking Senior People & Organisations/Change Consultants in Leeds and Manchester, where you will apply knowledge of organisational transformation, people and change to deliver complex client engagements, improving the performance of organisations, assets and people through practical, implementable solutions.
You will be responsible for delivering larger and/or more complex components of projects, applying knowledge of a defined capability area (e.g. organisational development, culture & change, leadership, team effectiveness) and applying structured, evidence-based analysis to diagnose organisational challenges and derive actionable insights. You will then translate your analysis into practical recommendations that improve organisational performance and enable change.
