Job summary

Arup is seeking a Graduate People and Organisations Consultant in Birmingham to help clients improve organisational performance by aligning people, structures, culture and ways of working with strategic objectives. You will support change projects, analyze data and contribute to workshops and client sessions, delivering high-quality materials as part of multidisciplinary teams.

• Support the delivery of organisational change, transformation and people-focused consulting projects for clients across sectors.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data and develop evidence-based insights and recommendations.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, interviews and collaborative client sessions.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables including reports, presentations and change materials.
• Work as part of multidisciplinary teams to help clients improve organisational performance through development, leadership, culture and behavioural change initiatives.

The Opportunity

Our People & Organisations team helps clients improve organisational performance by aligning people, structures, culture and ways of working with strategic objectives. We solve complex challenges across infrastructure, transport, government, energy and the built environment. Our work spans organisational change, culture transformation, leadership and capability development, workforce planning, team effectiveness, organisational design and behavioural change, helping clients deliver sustainable outcomes and successfully implement change.
