Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Graduate Electrical/Electronics Engineer (PCB Design) in Bristol. The role offers up to £40,000 plus profit sharing and paid lunches with the CEO, alongside flexible working hours.

As a recent Electronics or Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics graduate, you will design schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts, develop analogue and digital systems, prototype, test, troubleshoot, and support manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or similar.
• Experience with PCB design using KiCad or similar CAD software is preferred.
• Knowledge of analogue, power and digital electronics essential.

Responsibilities

• Design schematic diagrams and multi-layer PCB layouts.
• Develop analogue, power and digital electronic systems for robotics.
• Build, test and troubleshoot prototypes using laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with software and mechanical engineers across product development.
• Support design for manufacture (DFM/DFA) and production readiness.
• Receive training to grow electronics design and engineering skills.
