Job summary
Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Bristol is seeking a Graduate Electrical/Electronics Engineer to join a robotics and motion control team. You will design schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts, develop analogue, power and digital electronics, and help bring prototypes into production.
You'll work across hardware development with software and mechanical engineers, enjoy flexitime and profit sharing, and have exposure to cutting-edge servo drives and automated systems while launching your
Qualifications
- Recent graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or similar with PCB design knowledge using KiCad or similar.
- Knowledge of analogue, power and digital electronics.
- Interest in designing, testing and developing real hardware in robotics/automation.
Responsibilities
- Design schematic diagrams and multi-layer PCB layouts.
- Develop analogue, power and digital electronic systems.
- Build, test and troubleshoot prototypes.
- Work with software and mechanical engineers during product development.
- Support design for manufacture (DFM/DFA) and production readiness.
- Receive training to enhance electronics design and engineering skills.
- Collaborate across hardware projects from concept to production.
