Job summary

Rentokil Initial invites graduates to join the Operations and Management Graduate Programme in Croydon. You will start as a Service Team Leader, managing a team of Customer Delivery Representatives and reporting to the Service Centre Manager.

• Plan weekly routes to maximise customer facing time.
• Debrief daily with reports and adjust plans for performance.
