Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across Operations Support.
• Support peak planning and execution during key trading periods.
• Learn route planning and last-mile operations.
• Assist capacity planning and network design.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and SOPs.
• Develop training materials and measure learning impact.
• Explore how data, technology and AI improve operations.
• Support projects across the business.
