Graduate Engine Engineer role at M-Sport Limited based at Dovenby Hall seeks an ambitious engineer to join the Engine team and gain hands-on experience in build, development and testing of high-performance engines for international motorsport programs.

The successful candidate will work at the interface of Engineering, Design and the Engine Department, contributing to reliability, performance and continuous improvement across competition cars.

Qualificações

• Engineering qualification: BEng or MEng in Motorsport Engineering/Technology, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related discipline.
• Motorsport passion and drive to progress in a high-performance environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
• Attention to detail with practical, methodical problem solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with build, development and testing of high-performance competition engines and components.
• Support planning and forecasting activities to keep projects on track.
• Learn, develop and improve processes across the Engine Department.
• Prepare and issue technical documentation and build information for engine systems.
• Conduct quality and build checks to ensure engines meet standards.
• Assist with tracking and lifing of engine components for reliability.
• Analyse and report issues to support reliability and performance.
• Support system integration and cross-department collaboration.
