Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland invites graduates to join its Mining teams in 2027, contributing to a leading engineering consultancy that supports the full mining lifecycle. You could work on Mine Water, Mine Waste and Mine Engineering projects across the UK and Ireland, with a blend of studies, mentoring and hands-on experience.

You will join a two-year Graduate Development Programme designed to build technical skills, professional networks and confidence using digital tools, including Microsoft

Qualifications

• Achieve at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Start work in April or September 2027.
• Interested in Mine Waste, Mine Water or Mine Engineering and keen to develop design, geotechnical structures, monitoring tools and data.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Graduate Development Programme with structured learning, mentoring and project experience.
• Collaborate on international projects combining science, engineering and environmental thinking to improve mining projects’ safety and sustainability.
