Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to support the Mechanical, Electrical and Process Team on water and wastewater projects across Wales. You’ll work in an office or on site with a commissioning colleague during delivery phases, gaining hands-on experience and progressing toward Chartered status.

This role starts Summer 2027 and offers a clear development path. This opportunity provides exposure to multi-disciplinary design and build, travel within the Welsh Water

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Valid driving license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to learn quickly.
• Willingness to work on site and travel in Welsh Water region.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of multi-disciplinary design-and-build projects, mostly water.
• Coordinate site activities with project team and manage documentation.
