RSE is offering a 24‑month Graduate Programme for Mechanical Engineers, combining hands-on experience with expert mentorship to build the skills for a successful career in the water sector. You’ll work across design and delivery, with opportunities for chartership support and salary progression as you grow.

Based in the UK, the programme includes a structured development path, monthly tracking, and a permanent role upon completion, with a competitive starting salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• You will have graduated with a Mechanical Engineering Degree or engineering equivalent in the last 2 years or be on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Most importantly must be willing/adaptable to working within an energetic and reactive team environment and have the ability to think outside of the box
• Full UK Driving Licence.
