RSE Water is launching a Graduate Programme Intake 2027. The 24-month programme blends hands-on experience with expert mentorship and tailored development to equip graduates with the skills and confidence to thrive in the water sector.

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will contribute to design and delivery across projects, with opportunities for professional registration via bodies like IET, InstMC, IMechE or IChemE. Salary reviews and a permanent position are part of the pathway.

Qualifications

• Graduated with an Electrical Engineering Degree or engineering equivalent in the last 2 years or on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing/adaptable to working within an energetic and reactive team environment and have the ability to think outside of the box.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
