RSE’s 24‑month Graduate Programme offers hands-on experience, expert mentorship and tailored development to build the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the water sector. You’ll work across design and delivery with opportunities for growth and a permanent role upon progression.

Applicants should have a Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent) and be on track to graduate next summer, with strong IT, communication and driving licence.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Mechanical Engineering Degree or engineering equivalent within the last 2 years or on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
