RSE is offering a 24-month Graduate Programme in the UK to develop engineers through hands-on experience, expert mentorship and tailored development. You’ll contribute to water sector solutions and track your progress with the Programme Tracker.

Applications close on Friday 13 November 2026. The programme includes chartership support, salary reviews and the potential for a permanent role on successful completion.

Qualifications

• Graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree or engineering equivalent in the last 2 years or on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work in an energetic, reactive team and think creatively.
• Full UK driving licence.
