Job summary

RSE is launching a 24-month Graduate Programme for a Graduate Chemical Engineer intake in 2027. It offers hands-on experience, expert mentorship and tailored development to build the skills, knowledge and confidence to thrive in the water sector.

Participants will have access to chartership guidance, salary reviews and a permanent role on successful progression, with opportunities across design and delivery and a strong focus on innovation.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent and on track to graduate in the next 12 months.
• Excellent IT skills, especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, energetic team environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery teams across projects within the graduate programme.
• Engage with mentors and participate in development modules to build technical knowledge.
• Contribute to developing innovative solutions for the water sector.
