Heidelberg Materials UK is launching a two-year graduate programme designed to develop future leaders in the cement and construction materials sector. The role focuses on cement plant operations, process improvements and KPI reporting, with exposure to cross-functional teams across the business.

Ideal candidates have recently graduated or expect to graduate in 2027 with a 2:1 in Mechanical Engineering and hold a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Graduated in 2026 or graduating in 2027 with a 2:1 in Mechanical Engineering.
• British citizenship or UK settled status.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of cement production processes and operations.
• Support process improvement projects and KPI reporting.
• Work with multiple departments to ensure targets are met.
• Liaise with safety and compliance teams on audits and licenses.
