Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of cement production processes including kiln and mill operations.
• Support data collection and KPI reporting for site performance.
• Assist with process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and safety teams to ensure operational targets.
• Liaise with SAP PM or equivalent systems for maintenance planning.
• Participate in safety, sustainability and risk management activities.
