EET (Essar Energy Transition) is offering a Non-rotational Graduate Programme at the Stanlow Manufacturing Complex, Ellesmere Port. This three-year, site-based scheme focuses on Mechanical, Inspection & Integrity engineering and supports a running production unit with exposure to safety, compliance and plant design.

Ideal candidates are graduates in an IMechE accredited Mechanical Engineering degree (2:1) who are highly literate, possess strong IT skills in Microsoft programmes, and are eager to

Qualifications

• Graduate with an IMechE accredited degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant subject with at least a 2:1 grading.
• Highly literate with exceptional IT skills in Microsoft programmes.
• Progression towards Chartered Engineer status with the IET.

Responsibilities

• Support a running production unit and gain exposure across multiple engineering roles.
• Develop non-technical skills including planning, problem solving and decision-making.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines to resolve business challenges and ensure compliance.
• Gain exposure to safety critical systems, legislative compliance and plant maintenance.
