Essar Energy Transition in Stanlow Ellesmere Port offers a Non-rotational Graduate Programme. Over three years you will rotate throughMechanical, Inspection & Integrity engineering roles, supporting a running production unit and gaining exposure to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

We seek graduates with an IMechE-accredited Mechanical Engineering degree (2:1) who are highly motivated, adaptable and proficient with Microsoft Office; Essar supports progression toward chartered

Qualifications

• Graduate with an IMechE-accredited degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2:1 degree classification required.
• Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn and develop within Essar.

Responsabilités

• Support a running production unit during the 3-year programme.
• Gain exposure across Mechanical, Inspection & Integrity engineering functions.
• Develop planning, organisation and decision‑making skills.
• Learn safety culture and regulatory requirements such as COMAH.
