Job summary

Essar Energy Transition (EET) invites graduates to join its Non-Rotational Graduate Programme at the Stanlow Manufacturing Complex near Ellesmere Port. Over three years you will rotate through Civil Assurance, Projects, Design, Inspection & Integrity engineering, building core technical skills.

You will support a running production unit, develop professional competencies and be mentored toward Chartered Engineer status with ICE.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Civil Engineering degree (2:1) or related field.
• Exceptional IT skills with Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Willingness to learn and develop within Essar; support Chartered Engineer status.

Responsibilities

• Support a running production unit and gain exposure across departments.
• Rotate through Civil Assurance, Projects, Design, Inspection & Integrity engineering.
• Develop non-technical skills such as planning, organisation and decision making.
