Job summary

EET (Essar Energy Transition) invites graduates to join a non-rotational, three-year programme based at the Stanlow Manufacturing Complex in Ellesmere Port. You will rotate through areas focusing on automation, safety shut-down systems, and compliance, building core skills across instrumentation and process control.

Applicants should hold an IET-accredited MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (2:1) and demonstrate readiness to develop toward Chartered Engineer status with IET, supported

Qualifications

• IET-accredited MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with at least a 2:1.
• Willing to learn and develop within Essar; proactive with personal development.
• Strong IT literacy, especially Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support running production unit with automation and safety shutdown systems.
• Gain exposure to process plant automation, instrumentation and control systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and improvements.
• Participate in placements across project development, new technologies, quality instruments or control systems.
• Understand COMAH requirements and management of change.
