EET (Essar Energy Transition) invites applications for a Non-rotational Graduate Programme in Control & Instrumentation engineering at Stanlow Manufacturing Complex. This three-year site-based programme focuses on developing core skills in safety, automation, instrumentation and control systems while exposing you to a broad range of operations.

Qualifications

• MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (IET accredited) with at least a 2:1 grade.
• Willingness to learn and develop within Essar; proactive attitude.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft programmes.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support running production unit with automation and safety shutdown systems.
• Gain exposure to a wide range of activities across the department and business operations.
• Develop technical skills in safety, critical systems, environmental monitoring and compliance, and process plant automation.
• Collaborate with other disciplines across the business to address real-world challenges.
