Our client is currently seeking Graduate Mechanical Project Engineers to join our growing team at their head office in Billericay. Our client is a leading provider of air conditioning and mechanical services, offering design, installation, service, and maintenance solutions to a diverse client base. With a strong reputation and continued growth, they deliver high-quality projects across the commercial and public sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for recent mechanical engineering graduates looking to build a long-term career in project management within the mechanical and air conditioning sector.

This role is focused on training and development, offering structured mentorship and hands-on experience to prepare you for progression into a full Mechanical Project Engineer role. You will work alongside experienced Project and Contract Managers on mechanical and air conditioning projects ranging in value from £100k to £5m.

Graduate Mechanical Engineer Job Requirements

• Full UK driving License
• Willingness to learn and progress
• Have HVAC & Mechanical understanding
• Hold a Mechanical Engineering Degree or
• Must be well organised with good IT skills

Graduate Mechanical Engineer Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary range of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum
• Availability to work from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
• 21 days of annual leave plus bank holiday
• Pension
