Job summary

Worcester Bosch invites applications for a Digital Marketing Graduate to join our Digital Marketing team. You’ll help shape digital strategies, support online campaigns, and assist with the delivery and optimisation of our digital services.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across marketing and product, gather requirements, monitor performance, and contribute to continuous improvement while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritise and deliver the roadmap for our digital services.
• Maintain and optimise the digital estate on an ongoing basis.
• Gather business requirements and translate into actionable product needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external agencies for updates.
• Support end-to-end project delivery, planning, testing and implementation.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns and engagement.
• Produce regular product performance reports and KPIs.
• Translate user feedback into opportunities to improve UX.
