  • Assist the Product & Delivery team by acting as a key point of contact for stakeholder and customer queries.
  • Build strong relationships with our digital development agency, attending sprint ceremonies and helping to ensure the maximum value from the development work streams.
  • Support the end‑to‑end project delivery process, including planning, coordination, testing, and successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to understand business objectives and help deliver digital solutions that support marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
  • Produce regular product performance reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience using user feedback, analytics and stakeholder insight.
  • Support backlog refinement by documenting requirements and assisting with prioritisation.
