Job summary

Graphcore in Bristol offers a two-year Manufacturing Operations Graduate programme where you’ll gain hands-on learning, take ownership of projects and contribute to quality from day one.

You’ll analyse data, support silicon packaging and PCB assembly, and collaborate with teams across the UK, Taiwan and India to drive improvements in cost, quality and delivery.

The rotation develops engineering judgment, project management and communication skills across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field.
• Knowledge of semiconductor design and manufacturing principles, PCB assemblies and servers.
• Experience using Python, Linux, Bash and Git.
• Data analysis skills with evidence-based decision support.

Responsibilities

• Support silicon packaging and PCB assembly production.
• Analyse performance data and use test design to investigate hardware and software issues.
• Contribute to quality planning, audits and process control.
• Assist with component selection and bill of materials management.
