Job summary

Graphcore invites graduates to join a two-year Graduate Programme in Bristol, UK, combining hands-on learning with ownership of challenging hardware projects.

You’ll split time between Hardware Design and Signal Integrity, building broad board-level skills and deep expertise. Mentored by senior engineers, you’ll contribute to circuitry, PCB review, timing analyses and validation, with opportunities to work across related engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Recent degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics or closely related technical discipline.
• Strong analogue and digital electronics foundations, with interest in hardware design or signal integrity.
• Logical, first-principles approach to unfamiliar problems and structured debugging.
• Ability to use measurements or technical data to test hypotheses and communicate conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Develop hardware and signal integrity skills across hardware design and signal integrity projects.
• Collaborate with teams to shape, review and validate board-level designs.
• Gain hands-on experience with circuit bring-up, validation and design release processes.
• Demonstrate ownership, curiosity and willingness to learn from feedback.
