Keystone Group in the UK is seeking a Manufacturing Graduate to join our Operations Team. This role offers an exciting start to a career in manufacturing with real responsibility and strong support from experienced professionals.

You will learn to plan and coordinate production across a busy operation, working with production, suppliers and sales to meet customer requirements and deliver market-leading products across the UK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Genuine interest in manufacturing, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules balancing customer demand, capacity and stock levels.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure orders are manufactured efficiently and delivered on time.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials arrive when needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to improve stock management.
• Analyse production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure production plans meet customer requirements.
• Produce reports and performance data to support business decisions.
