MTrec Ltd Technical is seeking a Graduate Production Manager to join a rapidly growing specialist manufacturing operation. The role offers structured mentorship, fast-tracked career progression and hands-on operational training as you step into a leadership pipeline.

You will oversee day-to-day manufacturing, plan production schedules, allocate resources and manage a 45-strong production team, with a focus on KPI delivery, cost control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, Supply Chain or Operations
• Demonstrable leadership potential (e.g. university project leadership, sports team captaincy, supervisory experience)
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with ability to manage a busy, fast-paced workload
• Highly IT literate with strong data analysis skills to evaluate KPIs and identify process inefficiencies

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing processes
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources (personnel, materials, equipment)
• Lead a production team of 45 operatives on day shift
• Monitor site performance, KPIs and targets to align team goals
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes, reduce costs and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure daily safety and compliance with safe working practices
• Coach and develop staff as your management skills mature
