We are working on behalf of a well‑established and growing engineering organisation based in Fareham to recruit a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate looking to launch their career within a supportive, forward‑thinking manufacturing environment.

The Role

As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting production and continuous improvement activities. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across manufacturing processes, working closely with design, quality, and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting in the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives (lean, waste reduction, efficiency gains)
• Creating and maintaining work instructions and technical documentation
• Investigating production issues and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve product quality and throughput
