After an initial virtual classroom-based orientation, you’ll be assigned to a branch office for hands-on business training, learning valuable skills from capable mentors, many of whom started as graduates in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, and maintain relationships. You’ll learn about cost control, reading P&L statements, and running a profitable business. Delivering exceptional customer service and effective communication with customers, vendors, and colleagues will be key. You’ll learn sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management, enabling you to build long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers. You will also develop skills to mentor, train, manage, and promote staff, with opportunities for pay increases and promotions based on your development.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, relevant professional experience can be considered. A full manual UK driving licence is required, with accommodations made for applicants who don’t drive due to disability. No drug or alcohol-related offences on your driving record within the last five years are permitted.
