Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, and learn to read P&L statements to run a profitable branch. You will also learn to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Skills in sales, problem-solving, conflict management, mentoring, training, and staff management will be developed, with opportunities for pay increases and promotions based on your progress.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but relevant professional experience may be accepted. A full manual UK driving licence is required, with accommodations for applicants with disabilities. No drug or alcohol-related offences are permitted within the last five years.
