Job summary

Crestpointuk is seeking a Graduate Management Trainee to join our growing team, gaining hands-on experience across marketing, sales and business development campaigns for established UK brands.

This role offers structured training, leadership development and progression to management as you contribute to client relationships and the growth of campaigns.

Qualifications

• Recently completed a degree or be graduating soon.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in management, marketing and business development.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Leadership experience through work, university, sport, societies or other environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across campaigns while learning how teams, client relationships and business growth are developed.
• Develop in person marketing, customer acquisition and sales activities.
• Coordinate and develop campaigns with the team.
