• Campaign execution: support planning, coordination, and delivery of client marketing campaigns across the UK.
• Performance tracking: monitor daily metrics, KPI tracking, and update senior management.
• Team leadership & development: assist with day-to-day team activities, onboarding, and campaign performance.
• Client relations: collaborate with seniors to align operations with client strategies and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Operations & strategy: participate in structured workshops covering business operations, brand management, direct communication, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of client marketing campaigns across the UK.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor daily performance metrics, track campaign KPIs, and present updates to senior management.
• Team Leadership & Development: Assist with coordinating day-to-day team activities, onboarding new team members, and driving campaign performance.
• Client Relations: Collaborate with senior colleagues to align daily operations with client strategies and maintain professional stakeholder communication.
• Operations & Strategy: Participate in structured workshops covering business operations, brand management, direct communication, and leadership.
