About the Programme

The Graduate Development Programme is structured to take you from foundational skills into leadership and management.

You will begin by learning the core of the business through direct involvement in sales and marketing campaigns. From there, you will gain exposure to team development, recruitment, and client interaction, building a well rounded understanding of how a growing organisation operates.

Progression is based on your ability to apply what you learn.

Your Development Journey

Phase 1: Foundations

• Develop confidence in communication, customer engagement, and professional presentation
• Understand campaign delivery and performance expectations

Phase 2: Team Development

• Support and mentor new team members
• Learn how to manage performance and maintain standards

Phase 3: Recruitment and Coordination

• Gain experience in talent scouting, interviewing, and onboarding
• Understand how to build and structure a team

Phase 4: Management Exposure

• Work alongside senior team members on campaign strategy and client communication
• Develop an understanding of operations, planning, and growth
