Job summary

Instant Connections is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Events and Promotions team on a self-employed basis. No prior experience required; you will receive structured training, coaching and mentorship to help you develop practical skills in customer engagement and brand representation.

You will work face-to-face with customers at campaigns across Maidstone and surrounding areas, contribute to campaign goals, and enjoy flexible hours with uncapped, performance-based earnings.

Previous events or marketing experience is not required. From your first day, you will receive structured training, practical coaching and ongoing mentorship to help you understand the campaign and become confident in your responsibilities.

About the Opportunity

Working as part of our Events and Promotions team, you will support client campaigns across a variety of promotional environments and event locations throughout the region.

Your focus will be on helping create organised, engaging and professional campaign experiences. This includes preparing for daily activity, interacting with customers, representing client brands and supporting the wider team in achieving campaign objectives.

Every day brings different conversations, locations and responsibilities. This is a fast-paced, people-centred environment suited to someone who prefers practical involvement and face-to-face interaction over repetitive office-based work.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service or promotions can be helpful, but it is not essential. More importantly, you should be reliable, open to feedback and willing to take responsibility for your own development.

This is a face-to-face opportunity based in Maidstone, Kent, with campaign activity taking place across multiple locations throughout the region. Applicants must be able to commute reliably to the Maidstone office.
