Established in 1994, Dunster House Ltd is a family-run, international business with over 500 employees across 11 UK sites. Our Multi Hub consolidates operations from Europe and beyond, serving our 10 UK Distribution Branches. Our head office in Bedford handles Marketing, Sales, and Accounts.
With over 31 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and retailing garden lifestyle products, we are garden building specialists distributing products via our own fleet.
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will demonstrate assertiveness and proactivity, ideally holding a 2:1 Business Degree, with excellent planning and organizational skills to build a successful career.
You will receive training in various techniques and skills, empowering you to make impactful decisions and seize opportunities for growth. We believe in leading by example, with senior management starting from the ground up and involving themselves in all aspects of the business, including factory floor operations, logistics, and assembly.
