After an initial virtual classroom orientation, you will be assigned to a branch for hands-on training, learning valuable business skills from experienced mentors, many of whom started as graduates in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO.
This comprehensive training allows you to understand our business from the ground up and see how your role contributes to our success. Our promote-from-within culture provides a well-rounded experience, developing skills in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
As you advance, more opportunities will open up. Most graduates choose to continue within our Rental Operations managerial track, potentially becoming a Branch Manager within two years, or exploring other areas such as Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, or Marketing.
We prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion, being recognized on lists such as The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality and Stonewall's Top 100 Employers for LGBTQ+ Inclusion. We are also a Disability Confident Leader and rank in the top 25 of the Social Mobility Employer Index.
Enterprise Mobility remains family-owned, with our CEO Chrissy Taylor representing the third generation of the Taylor family. This ownership provides stability and a long-term vision for the future, benefiting our employees, customers, and business.
